Compensation: Competitive base pay + the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on sales!

Who We Are

Summit is a family-run beauty distributor bursting with personality & obsessed with all things hair + beauty. We supply professional beauty, salon, esthetic + spa supplies to industry professionals. Products are what we sell, but people are our priority.

The Role:

As our Boutique Manager, you’ll be the heart of the client & team experience. You’ll lead a small crew, bring the energy every day, and make sure our boutique is buzzing with good vibes, amazing products, and happy clients. You’ll lead by example, sell, inspire, and keep things running smoothly.

  • Have excellent communication skills and use them on the daily

  • Enjoy dressing to impress and showing off the latest innovations hair + beauty has to offer

Basic Qualifications:

  • Management experience in a retail environment

  • Experience as a professional hairstylist is a bonus

  • Engage with our clients and understand their needs by consulting with them

  • Handle cash, stock shelves, and manage store tasks

  • Schedule team members and support payroll tasks

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

  • Adherence to store policies and standards

  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to lead and work as apart of a team

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Ability to learn quickly and delegate tasks

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and request clarification when needed

  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen

  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers

  • Comfortable in a dog-friendly environment

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lb
