The Role

We’re looking for a people-first, high-impact leader to support 11 boutique locations (and growing) across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.

You’ll lead and develop our managers, strengthen communication across the region, and ensure consistent operations and growth. In this role, you’ll help shape our culture by building trust, creating clarity, and navigating challenges with confidence and care. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and influence how we scale, playing a key role in building a high-performing team and a business that continues to evolve.

This role is based onsite at our head office in Calgary and requires regular travel to our boutique locations.

  • Inspire, coach, and support Team Leads across 11 locations, developing confident, empathetic, and accountable leaders

  • Elevate communication across the region, creating clarity, alignment, and strong cross-functional relationships

  • Navigate team dynamics and resolve conflict with professionalism and empathy

  • Drive sales performance while maintaining a strong, service-first customer experience

  • Ensure consistency and provide support in operations, merchandising, and inventory management

  • Partner with head office on strategy, campaigns, and growth initiatives

  • Travel regularly to connect with and support your teams in person

What You Bring

  • Proven success leading across multiple locations and developing managers into high-performing leaders

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver feedback, navigate tough conversations, and influence outcomes effectively

  • Thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to conflict, maintaining cohesive and motivated teams

  • Strong balance of people leadership and operational expertise

  • Self-starter mentality, thriving in ambiguity and taking initiative to create structure and drive results

  • Experience in beauty, boutique, or service-based retail is a strong asset

  • Comfortable traveling regularly across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan to support and lead teams
