Summit is a family-run beauty distributor bursting with personality & obsessed with all things hair + beauty. We supply professional beauty, salon, esthetic + spa supplies to industry professionals. Products are what we sell, but people are our priority.
About the Role
Our Sales Consultants are the growth engines of Summit Salon Services and we're looking for someone who thrives on the chase. In this role, you'll maintain and grow an existing client base, prospect and convert new leads, and aggressively expand your territory through cold calling and boots-on-the-ground hustle. You're self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated not just by hitting milestones, but by blowing past them.
This team is the bright, shiny face of the Summit brand. From clocking serious windshield time to consulting on business development and nurturing client relationships, they put the "sale" in wholesale. Each of our Sales Consultants is matched with a diverse portfolio of salon partners from small independents to large-scale operations, and many of those relationships stretch well beyond a decade. That's not just business; that's legacy.

Compensation
Competitive base salary based on sales experience + bonuses

Basic Qualifications
Located in Saskatoon and available for hybrid work across our local Boutique and your territory
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
Post-secondary education in business or a related field (preferred)
Comfortable navigating social media platforms like Instagram
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Open to the odd overnight stay when territory needs call for it
