The Summit Social | Issue Seven
Even the most creative individuals need inspiration from time to time, and that’s where we come in to share a pic or two. The Summit Social is a lifestyle blog born from the desire to connect artists with artists. The opportunity to work alongside talented creatives each day fuels us and feeds our imagination. Spamming your feed with all things pretty / trending we showcase insights into the lifestyles of up-and-coming talent across Western Canada. For our 7th issue, we set out to create a lookbook showcasing creative collaborations curated by our very own salon partners. Each salon was selected based on a strong online presence and existing portfolio – basically we loved their vibe! We challenged each team to come up with their own editorial piece serving summer vibes. All salons had full creative direction of their piece; our only mandate was that they worked together and had fun along the way. As the editorial community in Canada continues to grow, we hope this issue sparks inspiration within our Summit Fam. Thank you to all of our salon partners who lent their expertise for this issue, and to all of the artists who came together to bring this vision to life!

Led by global Redken artist, social media guru, and social advocate, Celene Dupuis, Revamp Salon company is an education based space committed to providing top-notch stylists and an amazing client experience. Determined to prove that hairdressing can be a fulfilling and lucrative career, our blonde boss Celene set out to create a space where both clients and stylists feel safe and comfortable. Revamp focuses heavily on education to enhance skill sets and provide one-on-one business coaching, helping stylists to reach their full potential. Celene and her husband Mark are avid volunteers in the community and are proud to be Saskatoon’s first Green Circle Salon.
This editorial was inspired by girl power, androgyny and all things vintage. Revamp’s lead stylist, team leader/educator and Redken artist, Zennovia, created this piece to evoke creativity and inspiration in fellow stylists!
